Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-05-14. These Terms govern your use of the Floral Lab website (floral-lab.com), our online store, and any orders or services you place with us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Floral Lab is a woman-owned floral and event design studio based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We specialize in modern floristry, luxury wedding florals, and unforgettable event styling for clients across the Las Vegas Valley. Our studio is operated by Floral Lab LLC, registered in the State of Nevada.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our site. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Floral Lab. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, that we are unable to fulfill, or where information appears inaccurate.

Retail orders require full payment at the time of order. Event orders (weddings, private events, corporate installations) require a signed proposal and a deposit (typically 30–50% of total) before the event date is held. The remaining balance is due before delivery or per the schedule defined in the individual contract.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has cleared. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Custom Floral Designs & Substitutions

Floral Lab arrangements are designed and built per order. We do not pull from stock inventory. If a specific bloom shown in a product photograph is unavailable, out of season, or under quality on the day of build, we substitute with a stem of equal or greater value in the same palette and style. By placing an order, you authorize this substitution practice.

Custom event designs are produced from an approved proposal. Changes to the approved scope must be requested in writing and may affect the final balance, the production schedule, or both.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin, and to surrounding ZIP codes in the Las Vegas Valley. Delivery fees are calculated by distance and order size at checkout. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, recipient information, and access details. Floral Lab is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Event Services

Wedding, private event, and corporate floral services are governed by a signed event proposal and contract specific to your event. The contract sets out scope, palette, delivery and install plan, schedule, deposit, balance, and cancellation terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and your signed event contract, the signed contract takes precedence. Event deposits are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Retail order refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Event refunds are governed by your individual signed event contract. Workshop and class refunds are governed by Section 7 of the Refund Policy.

8. Care & Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the recipient, or left at the agreed address per delivery instructions, care of the flowers becomes the customer's responsibility. Care instructions are included with every order. We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, direct sun, neglect, mishandling, or any factor outside our control once the order has been received.

9. Rentals

Certain items (vases, vessels, stands, candelabras, and other décor) are rented as part of event packages. These items remain the property of Floral Lab. The customer is responsible for the return of rented items in the condition received, by the date specified in the event contract. Damages, losses, or unreturned items will be billed at replacement cost.

10. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, written content, branding elements, the Floral Lab name and logo, and the contents of this website are the intellectual property of Floral Lab. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this material for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal use (e.g. sharing a product photo with a friend, posting a delivered bouquet to your own social account) is welcome and encouraged.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, Floral Lab's total liability arising out of or related to any order, service, or use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. Floral Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or emotional distress.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floral Lab, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our products or services in violation of applicable law.

13. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order, communicate with you, and operate our business. We do not sell or share customer information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, an order, or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

Floral Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. The version posted at floral-lab.com/policies/terms-of-service is the current version. Continued use of our site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
