How fast can you deliver in Las Vegas?
We deliver next day across the Las Vegas Valley for orders placed by 12 PM PST. Orders placed after the cutoff arrive the day after. For weddings, events, and holidays we recommend booking at least 2 days ahead.
Which areas do you deliver to?
The entire Las Vegas Valley — Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Henderson, and Boulder City. Somewhere nearby? Contact the studio and we can usually arrange it.
How much is delivery?
A flat $15 per delivery address, anywhere in our service area. Deliveries run between 8 AM and 5 PM. Large event installations are quoted separately in the event proposal.
Can you deliver to a hotel on the Strip?
Yes — we do it weekly. Per hotel policy, flowers are handed to the reception or bell desk, and the concierge delivers them to your guest. Include the hotel name and the reservation name, and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Sunday delivery is by arrangement — select a Sunday date at checkout and we'll call to confirm, or reach the studio at 702-771-1770 before ordering.
Can I choose a delivery time?
At checkout you can pick a date and a window — morning (8 AM – 12 PM) or afternoon (12 – 5 PM). Need a precise moment, like a dinner reservation? Call us and we'll coordinate it.
What if the recipient isn't home?
We never leave flowers in the Vegas heat. Our courier will text or call, and we'll coordinate a re-delivery or a safe hand-off — at no extra charge for the first attempt.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Every piece is hand-built with the freshest stems available that morning, so minor substitutions of equal or greater value can happen. The silhouette, palette, and overall feel always match what you ordered — and Olga reviews every arrangement before it leaves the studio.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Full details are in our refund policy.
How long will my flowers last?
With basic care — cool room, fresh water, a stem trim every couple of days — most arrangements hold 5–7 days, many longer. A care card comes with every order, and our Flower Care guide has the full routine.
Can I add a gift note, chocolates, or balloons?
Yes. A hand-written card is free with every order — just type your message at checkout. You can also add Belgian chocolates, a vase, or a balloon bundle from the Gifts collection.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — up until we start building your arrangement on the morning of delivery. Call 702-771-1770 or email mail@floral-lab.com as early as you can and we'll adjust it.
How far ahead should I book wedding or event florals?
Please reach out at least 2 days ahead for florals, and 2–3 months for full wedding or event design — our calendar takes a limited number of weddings so every project stays designed by Olga. The consultation is free.
