Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Not at the moment. The soonest delivery is next day, for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST — across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and Boulder City. For a hard deadline, call the studio and we will do our best to arrange it. For deliveries with a hard arrival window (funeral services, restaurant table arrivals, hotel suite drops), we recommend ordering 24 or more hours in advance.

What areas do you deliver to?

Las Vegas (89101–89199), North Las Vegas, Henderson (89014, 89052, 89074), and Summerlin (89134, 89135, 89144). For deliveries to nearby zones in the Las Vegas Valley, contact us — we can usually arrange it with prior coordination and an adjusted delivery fee.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees are calculated by distance and order size at checkout. There is no flat rate. The exact cost for your order is shown before you complete checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I pick up my order in person?

In-studio pickup is available for select orders by prior arrangement. Email mail@floral-lab.com with your order details and a preferred pickup window.

Do you ship out of state?

We do not ship fresh florals out of state. Cut flowers degrade in transit and we don't maintain a courier partnership that meets our quality bar. For out-of-state recipients, we recommend ordering from a florist local to the destination.

Product & Substitutions

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?

Each arrangement is hand-built per order, not pulled from inventory. If a specific bloom in a product photograph is unavailable, out of season, or under quality on the morning of delivery, we substitute it with a stem of equal or greater value in the same palette and style. The composition reads consistent with the photo, and the quality bar stays the same.

Can I add a hand-written card?

Yes. Add your card message at checkout. Our team transcribes it by hand and includes it with the order before the box is sealed.

How long will my flowers last?

With proper care, most arrangements stay vibrant for 7–10 days. Trim stems on arrival, refresh water every other day, keep away from direct sun and ripening fruit. A care card is included with every order.

What if the flowers arrive damaged?

If your arrangement arrives damaged or doesn't match the design we agreed to, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph at mail@floral-lab.com or 702-771-1770. We'll replace the arrangement or refund the order, at our discretion. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes. For custom retail orders, email mail@floral-lab.com with your palette, size preference, occasion, and budget. For event-tier custom work (weddings, private events, corporate installations), see /pages/weddings or /pages/private-events.

Weddings & Events

How far in advance should I book my wedding florals?

For full-venue weddings, 6–9 months ahead is typical. We take a limited number of weddings each year to keep design quality intact. For smaller ceremonies or elopements, 30–60 days notice usually works.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Wedding and event work requires a signed proposal and a deposit (typically 30–50% of the total) to hold the date. The balance is due before delivery. Event deposits are non-refundable. See our Terms of Service for the full event-services clause.

Do you have a wedding portfolio?

Yes, available on request. Email weddings@floral-lab.com with your event date, venue, and guest count — we send portfolio examples matched to your event's tone.

Do you work with wedding planners?

Yes. We coordinate with planners, photographers, rental teams, and venue staff across the Las_Vegas Valley. If you have a planner already, share their contact at inquiry and we'll loop them in.
