Delivery Information
Delivery Area
We deliver flowers around the Las Vegas Valley, including Henderson and Boulder City. If you are interested in delivery to another city or location, please contact us for more information and a custom quote.
Delivery Fee
A local delivery fee of $15 is added to each order for each delivery address. Orders going to multiple addresses are charged $15 per address.
Large event installations, wedding setups, and oversize arrangements that require on-site setup or specialized handling are quoted separately, with any additional handling and setup fee disclosed in the event proposal.
Delivery Timing
As of now we do not offer same-day delivery. The soonest delivery day is the next day for orders received before 12:00 PM PST. We highly recommend placing your order at least 2 days in advance, especially for weddings, events, and funeral services.
Delivery Hours
We deliver from 8 AM to 5 PM PST. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time within the day unless arranged in advance for an event or installation.
Order Communication
If we have any difficulty with your order, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail before proceeding. Please keep your contact details accurate at checkout so we can reach you.
Delivery to a Hotel
We deliver flowers to the hotel's reception or bell desk. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DELIVER UP TO THE HOTEL ROOM. The hotel's bell desk or concierge will handle the final delivery of flowers to the recipient inside the property, in accordance with the hotel's own policies.
Please specify the hotel's name and a room number when placing your order. If the recipient is checking in later, also include the reservation name as registered with the hotel.
Recipient Not Home
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will leave the delivery with a neighbor, an apartment office, or a co-worker, and we will leave a message on the recipient's phone if you supplied a phone number.
If we are unable to locate anyone to accept the order, we will leave the delivery on the doorstep — except when the weather does not permit (we will not leave flowers in summer heat with no shade or in bad weather, as this would damage the arrangement). If delivery cannot be made, we will contact the recipient and arrange to re-deliver the item.
Sunday Delivery
Sunday is not a regular delivery day. To arrange a Sunday delivery, please call the shop directly. Sunday delivery is subject to capacity, and additional charges may apply.
In-Studio Pickup
In-studio pickup is available for select orders by prior arrangement only. Email mail@floral-lab.com with your order details and a preferred pickup window. Pickup is not available for event installations.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details — full address, suite or room number, recipient name, gate or building codes, and a working contact phone. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect details, a locked gate, an unavailable recipient, or refusal at the door are non-refundable. Re-delivery may be requested for an additional delivery fee.
Holidays & Peak Periods
During peak floral periods — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and high wedding-season weekends — delivery capacity sells out earlier. We strongly recommend ordering several days in advance during these periods.
Issues With Your Delivery
If there is any issue with your delivery, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for the quality-issue process. We respond within one business day.
