Hotel Flower Delivery on the Las Vegas Strip: How It Actually Works

Sending flowers to a hotel guest on the Strip is one of our most common orders — and the most misunderstood. Here's exactly what happens after you click "order", and how to make sure your surprise lands perfectly.

Hotels don't allow room deliveries — and that's fine

For guest privacy, Strip resorts route all deliveries through the reception or bell desk. Our courier hands your arrangement to the concierge, gets a receipt, and the hotel notifies your recipient. It works smoothly at Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian, Aria, and every major property — we deliver to them weekly.

What we need from you

  • The hotel name and the reservation name (exactly as booked)
  • Check-in dates — flowers arriving before check-in may be declined
  • A phone number for the recipient, if you have one

Timing it right

Order by 12 PM PST and your flowers arrive the next day between 8 AM and 5 PM. For a proposal or an anniversary dinner, tell us the moment — we coordinate the delivery window with the concierge. Full details in our delivery policy.
